About Daniel

I am a certified personal trainer, and former professional dancer/choreographer. My passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

MY EXPERIENCE​

​

I've worked with all kinds of clients, ages 24 - 72! I have instructed fitness classes since 2015 and have conducted personal training since 2019.

 

Clients I have trained include: professional athletes (both traditional sports and dance), recreational athletes, gym newbies, elderly clients and clients undergoing a physical rehabilitation program alongside personal training.

 

I am passionate about helping my clients feel better about the way their bodies move, feel and look.  I specialize in a hybrid of strength, mobility and (p)rehab training. I also offer creative cardio and HIIT sessions or programming!

 

I stay up-to-date on the latest in training and I am constantly testing out new modalities of training and new exercises on myself! I love this field because it is constantly evolving and I plan to grow alongside it so that I can provide the very best for my clients.

Hobbies:

 

You may catch me around Austin, TX playing with my adorable Labradoodle or running the trails. I love taking group fitness classes as a way to connect to community through a movement practice. You might see me in a yoga class, F45 Training SoCo Lab or at Barry’s.

I offer a free consultation and affordable personal training services at a local private studio for in-person training.

A brief chat to discuss your goals, nutrition, sleeping habits, your training history and availability, so that I can start developing a plan for you.

Online Training with App

Programs delivered to the palm of your hand with my app, powered by Everfit.

In-Person | On-Site

I can travel to your home gym in or around downtown Austin.

If you are a member of Equinox in Austin, you can find me on the floor or ask the staff to book a session with me.

Monthly Membership Plans for In-Person Training

All sessions are 55 minutes. All plans will renew or will automatically cancel after a 30-day period. You have the option to set up an auto-renew or go month by month at no additional charge. Plans are personalized, so please feel free to reach out to me to discuss options for payment and to hear about current sales or new offers that may not be listed online.
